MID 130 PID 31

Parameter:

Position of the range cylinder

The sensor is located in the control box of the gearbox; it registers the highest and the lowest gears of the range amplifier (LR and HR).

Fault:

FMI 3A short in the sensor circuit to power.

FMI 5Open sensor circuit.

FMI 6Short circuit sensor to ground.

FMI 13The position sensor is not calibrated.

MID 130 PID 32

Parameter:

The position of the cylinder divider.The sensor is located in the control box of the gearbox; it registers the highest and the lowest gears of the divider (LS and HS).

Fault:

FMI 3A short in the sensor circuit to power.

FMI 5Open sensor circuit.

FMI 6Short circuit sensor to ground.

FMI 13The position sensor is not calibrated.

Parameter:

Clutch cylinder position.The position sensor is located in the clutch cylinder.

Fault:

Parameter:

Clutch disc wear

Fault:

FMI 0Worn disc clutch exceeds acceptable value.

MID 130 PID 37

Parameter:

Air pressure.The sensor is located in the control box of the gearbox.

Fault:

FMI 0Air pressure above 9.2 bar.The pneumatic pressure regulator is faulty or the sensor is faulty.

FMI 1Air pressure below 4.5 bar.The pneumatic components are not tight, the pneumatic pressure regulator is faulty, or the sensor is faulty.

FMI 3The sensor signal voltage is higher than 4.5 V. A short in the sensor circuit to power or a sensor is faulty.

FMI 5The sensor signal voltage is less than 0.5 V. A break in the sensor circuit wires or a sensor is faulty.

Parameter:

Oil level in the gearbox.

Fault:

Fault:

Parameter:

The frequency of rotation of the main shaft.The sensor is located in the control box of the gearbox.

FMI 6Short circuit in the S1 valve circuit to ground.

Parameter:

Solenoid valve S2.The valve is located in the control box gearbox.

Fault:

FMI 5An open in the S2 valve circuit.A short circuit in the S2 valve circuit is energized.

FMI 6A short circuit in the S2 valve circuit is grounded.

MID 130 SID 3

Parameter:

Electromagnetic valve S3.The valve is located in the control box gearbox.

Fault:

FMI 5Open circuit in one of the valves S3 or S4.A short to one of the S3 or S4 valves is connected to power.

FMI 6Short circuit in the S3 valve circuit to ground.

MID 130 SID 4

Parameter:

Solenoid valve S4.The valve is located in the control box gearbox.

Fault:

FMI 5Open circuit in one of the valves S3 or S4.A short to one of the S3 or S4 valves is connected to power.

FMI 6Short circuit in the S4 valve circuit to ground.

Parameter:

Solenoid valve S5.The valve is located in the control box gearbox.

Fault:

FMI 5Open circuit in one of the valves S5 or S7.A short circuit in the circuit of one of the S5 or S7 valves to the power supply.

FMI 6Short circuit in the S5 valve circuit to ground.

Parameter:

Solenoid valve of wide-pulse modulation (PWM) S14.The valve is located in the control box gearbox.

Fault:

FMI 5An open circuit in one of the PWM S14 or S-RET valves (retarder valve) or an open R08B jumper.

Parameter:

S7 solenoid valve, forward clutch.The valve is located in the control box gearbox.

Fault:

FMI 5Open circuit in one of the valves S5 or S7.A short circuit in the circuit of one of the S5 or S7 valves to the power supply.

High Range Range Solenoid Valve (HR).The valve is located in the control box gearbox.
